Unlike most mobile internet devices (MID), the MIDhybrid from 1Cross Tech is rather unique, it combines an MID and an e-Book reader into one package. Powered by an unnamed Marvell-made ARM processor, the device boasts a 6-inch 600 x 800 e-ink display on the left side, a 3.2-inch 480 x 320 resistive touch LCD on the right side, a touch panel keyboard, a VGA webcam, a microSDHC card slot, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G (optional), GPS (optional) and runs on Android 1.6 OS.
