ICD has recently introduced another one of its upcoming multi-touch tablet called the Gemini. Powered by a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, the device boasts an 11.2-inch 1366 x 768 multi-touch display, a 2-megapixel fixed-focus front camera, a 5-megapixel autofocus camera on the back, a 512MB RAM, a 4GB of flash storage, an SD card slot (up to 32GB), an FM radio, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, a microUSB port, an HDMI output, a 3.5mm headset jack, stereo speakers and runs on Android OS. ICD Vega 15-inch Touchscreen Tablet

The ICD Vega is the company’s new Google Android 2.0-powered touchscreen tablet that is powered by an nVidia Tegra processor. The gadget features a 15.6-inch touchscreen display with a 1366 x 768 pixel resolution, a 512MB of RAM, a microSD card slot, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, WiFi, 3G, and Bluetooth 2.1. Other important specs including a built-in accelerometer, dual digital microphones, an ambient light sensor and a magnetic dock for charging and syncing the device. The ICD Vega will be launched in 2010. Unfortunately, there is no info on pricing so far.
